Participation Agreement *

I understand that Shop & Seek is a group-based community event and agree to participate respectfully and cooperatively at all times. I agree to follow all event rules, remain with my assigned group and volunteer overseer, and respect store staff, volunteers, and other shoppers.
I understand that if I am selected and do not attend without notice (no-call, no-show), I may not be considered for future Five Fifths community events.
I understand that disruptive behavior, failure to follow instructions, or disrespect toward staff, volunteers, or other participants may result in forfeiture of my spot and ineligibility for future events.
I acknowledge that all decisions made by the event host and volunteer overseers are final and must be respected to ensure safety, fairness, and a positive experience for everyone.
I understand that due to limited capacity, participants will be selected through a random drawing from eligible sign-ups and contacted directly if selected.
